  • Once you have attached it, tighten it with the help of thumbscrews, So that it does not fall out.
  • Plug the other end   into your projector’s VGA Port input and tighten it with the help of thumbscrews.
  • Attach an audio cable with two 3.5 mm plugs between your laptop’s headphone or Audio Line-Out Port and your projector’s Audio Input. If your projector lacks an In-built speaker, you can avoid this step.
  • Click your projector’s “Power” button to make it on and wait for it to warm up.
  • Utilize your projector’s source selector button to choose the input to which you attached your computer.
  • On some projectors, you click on the “Input” or “Source” button again and again until the projector chooses that mode. On others, you click the particular button that corresponds to the input.
  • Click the key combination on your laptop that appears on its VGA Port.
  • Generally, you will keep down the “fn” or “Function” Key while clicking one of the numbered F-Keys like “f4” or “f7“. Various laptops use different F-Keys, so pay attention to one labelled “CRT/LCD” or “LCD/VGA“.
  • Your laptop and projector should be connected by now. Play the content and enjoy streaming on the big screen.

Connect Projector and Laptop via Wireless Connection

In order to connect a laptop and projector using Bluetooth and WiFi, you must ensure that both the laptop and projector have Bluetooth and WiFi capabilities.

First, turn on the projector and ensure it is in pairing mode. Then, on your laptop, go to the Bluetooth settings and search for available devices. Once the projector is listed, please select it and complete the pairing process.

Next, connect to the projector’s WiFi network using your laptop’s WiFi settings.

Once both the Bluetooth and WiFi connections are established, you should be able to project your laptop’s display onto the projector.
